For Ho Chi Minh City, it is the best to visit in Mid-November to early-March
HCMC AKA Saigon, has two primary seasons, a dry season from November to April and the other is a wet season from May to October.
December through March is the prime time for dry weather, clear skies, and sweet temperatures.
